How can I improve my teaching? What I think I need to learn?

I'M STILL LOOKING FOR PARTNERS!!! I'd been teaching for many years at primary schools. Nowadas I'd like to improve my teaching skills in 3 main fields: - Flipped classroom.

- Cooperative learning.

- Evaluation with rubrics.

I think there are few esperiences about flipped classroom with kids at first and second level in primary schools. They are kids I'm teaching now. About cooperative learning, I believe that is the best way to create good relationships between my pupils. Finally I believe rubrics are the most advanced mode to evaluate at schools, but I know few about rubrics
